What are the steps involved in the process?
Once you have filled out our Apostille Request form indicating the Country of Destination and shipping information, the steps to getting your FBI Background Check apostilled are as follows
1. Obtain your background check from the USDOJ
2. E-mail the original email copy over to us, so we can physically print and process it to USDOS standard.
3 We Wait for the USDOS to apostille the document, and we’ll update you with lead times.
4. Once approved, the USDOS will ship it out to you using our Expedited Shipping method.Does my FBI background check need to be notarized?
No, The FBI Background check has been authenticated by a Federal Agency and therefore does not need to be notarized. The Apostille will confirm to the Country of Destination that the stamp from the public official is valid for International use.
